To Vendors of Motorcycle Products and Services:

It's time again for the 8th Annual Ride Across Maryland! We hope you will join us for another successful weekend in Ocean City, Maryland. This year's event will be held on Saturday, May 31st - Monday June 2nd at the Francis Scott Key Family Resort . It will be a weekend packed full of entertainment, food, fun, prizes, and camaraderie, all to continue the fight against breast cancer. In the past five years, we have donated almost $1.2 million to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, MD Affiliate.

Our event provides you with the perfect opportunity to showcase your services or products to what we know will be another huge crowd of motorcycle enthusiasts and their families. The event organized by Channel 13's Dick Gelfman, is promoted heavily by Channel 13 and other media outlets such as radio station 1530 WCTR in Chestertown, Maryland.

If you would like to like to exhibit your products or services at the Francis Scott Key Family Resort in Ocean City on Saturday, May 31st and Sunday, June 1st, please contact us. The Ride Across Maryland Foundation does not charge a vendor fee for our event. Instead, we encourage you to make a donation to the event and/or a donation for the door prizes. Vendors will be announced and recognized throughout the event by our DJ's.

Please check off on the Vendor Agreement if you will need electricity. There is no charge for this service. Also, please indicate the size of the space you require including a camper or trailer, if you are bringing one. This is an outdoor event. We do recommend bringing a tent for you and your customers' comfort.
